BOOK REVIEW - THE SELECTION

 Have you ever read The Selection ?

 Well, you should. Today, I am going to do a book review about 'The Selection', written by Kiera Cass.

 America Singer is a young, who lives in  Illéa, a country split in 8 castes. The caste 1 is only for royalty and the other castes are divided according to their family’s job.

 Maxon Schreave, prince of Illéa, is considered a selfish boy in America  eyes. The time of his marriage has come and he should do a selection to choose his wife. He must pick 35 girls from different castes and select one to be his queen. Meanwhile all girls of Illéa are excited to be the chosen ones, America is forced by her mother to participate in the contest. However, she loves Aspen and wants to stay with him for the rest of her life. But not everything is a fairytale, so America is selected to be one of the 35 girls who will have the opportunity to get the prince’s heart.

 Arriving in the castle, America is surprised to know the real side of Maxon, letting her completely confused about her feelings…

‘The Selection’ is completely surrounding, romantic and addictive, you can´t take your eyes off the book since the moment you start reading. You will fall in love for Maxon, you will laugh, you will cry and you will scream with this book in your hands.
